国旗下讲话

孩子们，4月15日是国家安全教育日。提到“国家安全”，大家脑海中也许会闪现出变化多端的大国博弈，其实，国家安全并非都是大家想象的那么遥远，它就在你我身边。

人们平时不经意间的一些小举动，就有可能危害到国家安全。比如，1964年，一个刊物刊载了一张大庆油田“铁人”王进喜的照片，照片上王进喜站在油井前眺望远方，然而就是这么一张普通的照片，在被日本情报专家得到后便进行了细致分析。他们根据照片上王进喜的衣着判断，认为只有在北纬46度到48度的冬季才有可能有如此恶劣天气，因此他们便判断大庆油田可能处于齐齐哈尔到哈尔滨之间。而根据王进喜手中的工具样式，他们便猜测出我国的油井有多深以及有多大，再根据照片背景中的井架数量，他们便大致推断出了大庆油田的产量和储量。

又如，小明的爸爸是一名军人，小明和妈妈去军营和爸爸团聚时，拍摄了照片和视频发布到网络上，这就可能导致一些不怀好意的人通过照片“顺藤摸瓜”，了解军事信息，危害中国的军事安全。

这些案例警示大家：维护国家安全离不开每一位公民的参与。那么同学们该如何维护国家安全呢？如果发现危害国家安全的情况和线索，可以拨打国家安全举报电话“12339”进行举报；平时要认真学习宪法以及国家安全法相关法律、法规，树立国家安全意识；主动向周围的人宣传国家安全知识；提高警惕，不在军事基地、军用港口、国防科研院所等拍摄照片，不在网络上发布不当言论或图片。

国家安全人人有责！让我们一起行动起来，筑牢国家安全防线，争做守护国家安全的小卫士。

National Security Education Day is a festival set up to enhance national security awareness and safeguard national security. Article 14 of the national security law of the people's Republic of China passed by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on July 1, 2015 stipulates that April 15 of each year is the national security education day for all.

Article 77 of the national security law stipulates that no individual or organization shall commit any act endangering national security and shall not provide any financial support or assistance to any individual or organization endangering national security.

Let's start with ourselves and jointly safeguard national security.
